In a small saucepan combine soy milk, water, green tea powder and sugar. Heat over medium heat while whisking until hot and frothy. Pour into cups and enjoy.
I think you can try replacing the powder with tea bags, but I think it tastes better with powder. I did this several times, and it is delicious!
